Account Creation: Loyalty points and tier progression are tied directly to an individual's verified email address and primary phone number.
Points Accumulation: Travelers earn 1 point for every ₹100 officially spent on private cabs, weekend packages, or customized tour itineraries. Points are only credited after a trip is completed and fully paid.

Group booking milestone rewards are structured to incentivize larger passenger bookings under the following restrictions:
5 Bookings Tier: Book 5 full-fare seats on a single itinerary, and your 6th seat is eligible for a flat 50% discount.
10 Bookings Tier: Book 10 full-fare seats on a single itinerary, and your 11th seat is completely FREE.
Strict Package Limitations: These specific group milestone discounts are strictly applicable to 1-Day and 2-Days/1-Night tour packages only. They do not apply to multi-day custom destination itineraries.
Early bird discount values are dynamically computed based on the exact time between the final confirmed booking deposit and the official midnight start of the trip date:
10+ Days Before Trip Date: Eligible for a 15% discount off standard base pricing.
7 to 9 Days Before Trip Date: Eligible for a 10% discount off standard base pricing.
5 to 6 Days Before Trip Date: Eligible for a 5% discount off standard base pricing.
Within 5 Days of Trip Date: 0% discount (Standard spontaneous package pricing applies).
Voucher Generation: 30% discount vouchers won during live interactive games organized on the road are unique and non-transferable.
Strict Validity Window: All in-trip game vouchers expire exactly 3 months from the official date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued, extended, or converted under any circumstances.
No Two Offers Can Be Combined: This is a absolute policy. Individual loyalty points, early-bird tiers, group booking bonanza rates, promotional milestone rewards, and game vouchers cannot be stacked or used simultaneously for the same booking itinerary.
